Donovan Johnson is a health professional dedicated to a life of movement. His passion for wellness was fueled early through grade school. He played a plethora of sports including soccer, baseball, basketball, track you name it! Upon graduating he decided to pursue this growing love in fitness as a career. In 2017 he attended the National Personal Training Institute where he received his NASM CPT. During this course of study, he also participated as an intern at Johnson & Wales College servicing their women’s Soccer team with strength and conditioning training. After completing he decided to further his education in his field. In August 2017 he started massage therapy school at SouthEastern Institute. 8 months later he graduated with honors. He went on to pass his MBLEX and is now a licensed massage therapist. Immediately after graduating he re-enrolled in school to become a yoga instructor. February 2019, he successfully completed this 200 hour program and is now teaching in a yoga studio near you!

Delisa Toussaint was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. She was the first out of 4 siblings to attend college after she graduated from Garinger High in 2004. In 2009, she received her Associates in Business Administration and shortly gained interest in Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Human Resources. For over 10 years she entered the field of Auditing and eventually decided to resign from it to pursue her dreams of becoming a Massage Therapist. In 2018, she enrolled at Southeastern Institute for 8 months. During the process of completing the program she had to jungle between 2 other jobs and her life as a mother. While enrolled at Southeastern, she volunteered her services to many different events such as Susan G. Comen race, Helping Hands and American Cancer Society Relay for Life in Charlotte. During the process, she gained employment at Hand and Stone in Ballantyne and Waverly as a Spa Associate and In Home Chiropractic and Personal Training. In October 2018, she passed her MBLEx and obtained her Licenses as a Massage and Bodywork Therapist. The beginning of 2019, she started a whole new life as a Massage Therapist by working at Hand and Stones in Huntersville and still employed with In Home Chiropractor and Personal Training in Charlotte.
